CHALKY’S GYMNASTICS CLUB RULES

1. All members must not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the class begins.
2. All members and parents must remove shoes upon entering the Gym.
3. All members must wait in the changing area until collected by a Coach.
4. Children must not play on the equipment unsupervised.
5. Any parents wishing to remain on the premises during sessions must remain in the waiting/changing area.
6. Parents must wait until the session has ended before entering the gym to collect their children.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of all fees must be made in accordance with the dates stated on the fee notices issued and can be paid by Cheque, Cash or Internet Banking.



By attending the start of any term the member undertakes to pay for the whole of that term even although they may decide to terminate their membership before the end of that term.

Late or non payment may result in access to training sessions being denied.



 

COMPETITION ENTRY

When invited by the Club to enter a competition or squad trial, a gymnast will be given an entry form which MUST be replied to by the date stated. This will ensure that the Club includes you for entry before the closing date.
